THE INCORPORATION OF THE ACADEMICS TO THE UNIVERSITY VERACRUZANA: SOCIALIZATION AND AGENT’S STRATEGIES IN THE DISCIPLINES

ABSTRACT This article presents the results of a research project undertaken in 2016, whose objective was to know the strategies used by academics to join university life. Academics are agents who have constructed a practical sense as a result from the socialization they had from their position as students in a particular disciplinary field. The comparative method is used to know how each discipline constructs its own symbology, its practices and its rules of game defined as the framework of the academic’s strategic formulation.
