ASV taxonomic assessment over time

Data for all three marker genes presented in the manuscript, including the Machida 18S from Alaska/Arctic and the OCNMS, and Miya MiFish 12S marker from OCNMS. <br> Compressed file with a file for each marker gene compared in the case study. <br> In each file is a table presenting the %ASVs assigned to (Species, Genus, Family, Order, and Class), %Community assigned to each of these taxonomic levels, and the accuracy of the taxonomic assignment compared to assignments produced by the current (12/2022) reference NCBI nt database. Also included is an accounting of how many ASVs were included in each calculation.
