Anti-FoxO1 chromatin immunoprecipitation-high throughput sequencing (ChIP-Seq) was performed on mouse heart tissue following 7 days vehicle treatment/sham-operation, isoproterenol injection (subcutaneous, 3mg/kg/day), or transverse aortic constriction (TAC). Pool of 3 hearts per condition. Overall design: Mice were subjected to vehicle treatment/sham operation, isoproterenol treatment (subcutaneous, 3 mg/kg/day) or transverse aortic constriction (TAC) (n=3, pool per condition). Hearts were dissected, snap frozen, and sent to Active Motif for anti-FoxO1 ChIP-Seq.
