Transcriptional profiling of fetal, pediatric, and adult human intestinal enteroids following Human Coronavirus 229E infection at 32C and 37C. Overall design: 6 different human intestinal enteroids (2 fetal donors, 2 pediatric donors, and 2 adult donors) were generated, differentiated, and subsequently infected for 48h with clinical strain of human coronavirus 229E at either 32C or 37C. Controls included mock-infected enteroids.
