This dataset leverages big data analytics to process pressure data collected from gas user meters. By integrating historical pressure records and gas appliance information, it identifies patterns of pressure anomalies, calculates risk thresholds for abnormal pressure, and delivers real-time alerts for on-site risks to prevent gas-related accidents. 1. Data collection: Gather relevant data items including region, household ID, warning timestamp, pressure reading at the time of warning, hourly gas consumption during the warning period, regional peak gas consumption in the same period, regional minimum gas consumption in the same period, regional average gas consumption in the same period, whether a wall-hung boiler is installed, whether a water heater is installed, meter model, meter caliber, and other related metrics. 2. Regularity analysis: Analyze the patterns of gas pressure anomalies, identify the correlation between user peak and off-peak gas consumption. Derive average gas consumption, peak value and volatility metrics based on consumption data, and establish the association between pressure anomaly occurrences and user gas consumption behavior characteristics by combining user usage environments and seasonal variations. 3. Abnormal behavior detection: Apply machine learning algorithms including random forest, support vector machine, neural network and others to conduct classification or regression analysis, identify abnormal user gas consumption behaviors, calculate gas safety coefficients, and partition risk intervals for precise early warning. 4. Alert issuance: Issue timely alerts to users and gas companies based on the calculated pressure anomaly risk thresholds, so as to prevent potential gas accidents.
