RNA-seq data of wheat grain albumin

Albumin, which consists mainly of structural or functionally rich enzymes and proteinase inhibitors involved in metabolic processes, has higher levels of lysine, tryptophan and methionine. We performed transcriptome analyses of grains collected from ER, VR and Pavon76 on 20 DPA, where 'ER' and 'VR' were developed by backcrossing with the recurrent parent 'Pavon76'. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified. The results of this study extend our understanding of the molecular mechanisms of wheat grain albumin.
