OverviewThis repository contains the complete analysis code, processed datasets, and documentation for the LisA trial (Low-calorie Sweetener Intervention Study Allulose), a longitudinal crossover intervention study comparing metabolic effects of acute and 4-week long daily allulose intake versus aspartame in healthy adults. Repository Structure: * Allulose_Intervention_Data_and_Code.Rproj: RStudio project file for environment and path management. * 01_LisA_GH_Satiety_Script.qmd / .pdf: Code and rendered reports for gastrointestinal hormones and satiety parameters. * 02_LisA_OGTT_Script.qmd / .pdf: Code and rendered reports for the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) evaluations. * 03_LisA_CGM_Script.qmd / .pdf: Code and rendered reports for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data. * 04_LisA_BW_BIA_Script.qmd / .pdf: Code and rendered reports for body weight and bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). * README.md: Detailed documentation covering variable dictionaries, session info, and pipeline execution instructions. * DATA_LICENSE.txt * CODE_LICENSE.txt * dataDir/: Contains the anonymized and processed datasets required to run the analysis scripts. * 01_Gut_Hormones_and_satiety.xlsx * 02_OGTT.xlsx * 03_CGM.xlsx * 04_Anthropometry_BIA.xlsx Software & ReproducibilityAll analyses were performed in R using Quarto (.qmd) documents.
