<b>Unraveling the interplay of autophagy genes and KLF3/KLF8 in Colorectal cancer metastasis: A bioinformatics and cellular exploration</b>

File #1: The data is whole transcriptomics analysis (RNAseq) of 7 samples of isogenic colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 (parental wild HCT116, HCT116_negatic control, HCT116_Knocked out for ATG5, HCT116_Knocked out for ATG7). The cells were knocked out using Caspase Cas9 (ribonucleoprotein). RNA-seq data were analyzed using the Ion Torrent Software Suite version and the alignment was carried out using the Torrent Mapping Alignment Program (TMAP).
