Reference sequence database for denitrification- and DNRA-associated functional gene analysis derived from FunGene.

This dataset contains reference sequence databases used for functional gene analysis. Databases for narG, napA, nirK, nirS, nosZ and nrfA that were originally derived from the FunGene repository (described in Fish et. al., 2013), which is no longer publicly available, are included. This dataset is an unmodified copy of the FunGene reference database, provided for archival and reproducibility purposes. The original creators of the sequences are FunGene (Michigan State University). Original licensing terms of FunGene apply to the underlying sequences.
