Isolation of salt tolerant denitrifying bacteria and their application in biological denitrification of high salt wastewater

This study isolated a salt tolerant denitrifying bacterium from a wastewater biochemical treatment unit of a chemical plant, investigated the effects of different environmental factors on the strain's salt tolerant denitrification ability, and conducted nitrogen balance analysis. To provide efficient bacterial resources for biological denitrification of high salt wastewater, and to provide theoretical basis and research foundation for the future engineering application of bacterial strains.
