Colletotrichum acutatum strain:83 Genome sequencing and assembly

Part of a study to understand fungicide resistance of Colletotrichum acutatum in strawberries. This strain was resistant to multiple fungicides and hence sequenced to get a better overview of pathogenicity related genes and if there was any mutation that was relevant to resistance
