Blood donation event log with event ambiguity

This dataset contains an ambiguous event log in the XES format extended with data uncertainty (file ambiguous.xes), used to evaluate the disambiguation algorithm proposed in the paper "On-the-fly Event Disambiguation via Alignments for IoT-based Process Monitoring", submitted to SAC 2026. The ambiguous event log is complemented by a gold standard log (file gold_standard.xes), which corresponds to its unambiguous version. The traces in the log describe 15,000 executions of a blood donation process, synthesized from 32 real executions of the process in an IoT-augmented setup. A Petri net describing the normative process model is encoded in file net.pnml and visualized as an image in file net.png. This results in traces being potentially non-conforming to the process specification.
