Gene expression in hypermorphic vq1, vq10 and vq1vq10 mutant compared to wild type Col-0 plants under normoxia or hypoxia

Comparative expression analysis of vq1, vq10 and vq1vq10 versus wild type Col-0 in normoxic plants (at 21% O2) or after hypoxia treatment (4 h at 1% O2). RNA-Seq data from three independent biological replicates for every genotype and condition were used to perform the comparative analysis.
