Dataset related to diabetic patient at sundernagar

In rural Himachal Pradesh (HP), diabetes mellitus is a serious health concern that is made worse by a lack of knowledge, a delayed diagnosis, and insufficient treatment. In order to evaluate diabetes-related health behaviors, comorbidities, and treatment methods in rural areas, this study presents the Diabetes Comorbidities (DiaComor) questionnaire, a psychometric instrument. One hundred and one individuals from rural HP were given the DiaComor questionnaire, which included lifestyle, nutritional patterns, traditional health practices, and diabetes awareness.
