The pmel-1 transgenic mouse has been extensively employed as a model system to study the mechanisms of tumor immunology, CD8+ T cell differentiation, autoimmunity and adoptive immunotherapy. However, the integration site for the pmel-1 mouse has remained uncharacterized. Here, we used whole genome sequencing at low coverage to determine the integration site.
