Genome-wide binding profile of PfSIP2 in Plasmodium falciparum

This dataset provides information regarding the genome-wide binding of the ApiAP2-type transcription factor PfSIP2 in the malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum Genome-wide binding profile was assessed by Chromatin Immunoprecipitation seqenencing (ChIP-seq) using a 3D7 parasite line in which the endogenous PfSIP2 is tagged with GFP. This experiment was performed in a single replicate and hence the two different files represent sequencing the same libraries twice.
