资源简介:
Transcription factors (TF) are key regulator proteins for normal development. Their aberrant expression is often observed during cancer. This study focuses on the role of the ETS TF FLI-1 and the LDB1 complex during the processes of erythroleukemia and megakaryopoiesis. These proteins interact together in erythroleukemic cells. We tested our hypothesis that these TFs cooperate during these processes by combining ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq and T2C assays in erythroleukemia cells and megakaryocytes. The integration of these data show that FLI-1 and the LDB1 complex directly activate the expression of leukemia and megakaryocytic genes resulting in erythroleukemogenesis and megakaryopoiesis.
