National Weather Service Local Storm Reports from the past week are downloaded once every 30 minutes from the Iowa Mesonet GIS Page and added to ArcGIS Online using the Python API. The source of the csv comes from https://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/cgi-bin/request/gis/lsr.py?wfo=ALL&recent=604800&fmt=csv. LSRs can also be downloaded for a weather forecasting office of interest at https://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/lsr/ .
