Metagenome-Assembled Genomes from agricultural soils under Managed Aquifer Recharge

This dataset contains 160 Metagenome-Assembled Genomes (MAGs) reconstructed from agricultural soils under Managed Aquifer Recharge (MAR) in a vineyard in California, USA. MAGs were assembled from shotgun metagenomic sequences obtained from soil samples collected at different depths, before and after a MAR event. The dataset includes genome files (.fasta) and a table (Quality Metrics) summarizing genome statistics, including completeness, contamination, genome size, N50, L50, GC content, sequencing coverage, and the estimated number of rRNA and tRNA genes. Additionally, corresponding BioSample and GenBank accession numbers are provided for cross-referencing with public repositories.
