Curve-fitting results for pooled dose–response data shown in Fig. 1d. For each GPCR/G protein combination, pooled dose–response data were analyzed by F-test comparing a three-parameter sigmoid model (test hypothesis) to a flat-line model (null hypothesis), with significance threshold p < 0.05. Included in this additional file are the F-statistic, degrees of freedom, and corresponding p value for each test. For data sets that met the significance criteria, we report the R-square value for the best-fitting dose–response curve and its three defining parameters: bottom, top (response amplitude), and logEC50 (sensitivity), as well as the 95% confidence intervals for those values.
