Data for: Automated Quantification of Drosophila Male Aggression Using Motion and Inter-fly Distance

Per-video processed data for the Aggression-Associated Frame Ratio (AAFR), an automated measure of male-male aggression in Drosophila melanogaster: frame-to-frame motion intensity (ΔI), inter-fly distance (Dt) from DeepLabCut tracking, manual aggression counts, and the per-video AAFR summary.
