Genotypes of field-collected Mimulus guttatus from Iron Mountain and Cone Peak, OR, USA

Field-collected Mimulus guttatus plants from Iron Mountain (IM; N=48) and Cone Peak (CP; N=39) populations in the Oregon Cascades, USA, were genotyped at 20 length-polymorphic exon-primed nuclear markers. Population and plant identifiers are listed in column A. Diploid genotypes for each marker are indicated in columns B-U as four digit numbers, two digits denoting each allele ID number ranging from 01-13. information on marker location and primer sequences are found in Supplementary Tables S1 and S2.
