A dataset for the paper: Integrative analysis of cisplatin resistance-related transcriptome and methylome identified PCDHB4 as a novel prognostic biomarker in small cell lung cancer

Here, we conducted Methylated DNA immuno-precipitation sequencing (MeDIP-seq) analysis on primary tumors and matched normal adjacent tissues obtained from patients with Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC). Additionally, MeDIP-seq analysis was performed on blood samples collected before treatment and at recurrence in SCLC patients.
