Comparision of gene expression in human nucleus pulposus cells under hypoxia and normoxia condition

To investigate the effect of oxygen tension on gene expression of nucleus pulposus cells, human primary nucleus pulposus cells were cultured under condition with low(1%) or normal(21%) concentration of oxygen, respectively.
