Subsequently, compute the positive fluctuation value via the formula |Annual Highest Price - C| / C × 100%, and compute the negative fluctuation value via the formula |Annual Lowest Price - C| / C × 100%. Finally, determine the average price fluctuation interval as (-Negative Fluctuation Value ~ Positive Fluctuation Value) based on the obtained positive and negative fluctuation values.
