APs isolated from subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT) of male wild-type C57BL6J mice were cultured and treated with IL4 for 4 h. Transcriptional changes were analyzed by RNA-seq. Overall design: SAT APs were treated with 20 ng/ml IL4 for 4 h in 1 % FBS DMEM.
