Familiarity of digital workers in China 2022, by sector

According to a survey conducted in China in 2022, education and finance were two fields that respondents had relatively more knowledge about AI-powered virtual employees, with 52.6 and 51.9 percent respectively. As labor costs increase in China, business across many sectors are embracing digital workforces.
