Analysis code for: The association between mixed exposure to EDCs and OSAS (NHANES 2015-2018)

This dataset contains the data processing and analysis code for the manuscript titled ‘The association between mixed exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS)’. The study is based on publicly available data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2015-2018 cycles. The provided code can be used to reproduce the main findings, including descriptive statistics, logistic regression, and mixture models (WQS, QGComp, BKMR).
