Commercial property investment prospects in the U.S. 2017-2025

The investment prospects for all property types in the United States, except for single-family housing, was expected to improve in 2025, according to a 2024 survey among industry experts. Industrial real estate observed the best prospects, with a score of 3.67 on a scale between one (abysmal) and five (excellent). Conversely, offices had the poorest score, at 2.79.
