This project investigates the impact of a synbiotic formulation comprising the paraprobiotic Lactiplantibacillus plantarum TSUB-17 and beta-glucan from Lignosus rhinocerus on the gut microbiome of Mus musculus. Cecal microbiome samples from five treatment groups were sequenced with PacBio Sequel II (CCS) for 16S rRNA analysis.
