本数据集主要应用于益生菌菌种资源研究领域,通过对益生菌菌株进行全基因组的测序与分析,建立生物学功能(抗逆性)基因数据集。具有抗逆性基因的益生菌对肠道环境的适应能力更强,其耐胃酸、胆汁等环境能力更优,从而菌株更容易在肠道内定植并发挥益生菌作用;在食品生产中,具有抗逆性基因的益生菌能更适应生产环境的,建立生物学功能(抗逆性)基因数据集,有助于提高乳制品生产效率和产品质量。(1)基因组测序与数据收集 对选定的益生菌菌株进行全基因组测序,以获得详细的菌株全基因组序列信息。筛选与益生菌功能相关的基因信息,在NCBI等公共数据库中检索相应的功能基因序列。将这些基因序列下载并整合,构建本地基因数据库,以便后续分析。 (2)基因序列比对与候选基因筛选 利用高效的序列比对算法,将候选菌株的全基因组序列与构建的本地基因数据库进行比对。在比对过程中,通过设置阈值等参数,筛选出全基因组序列上与数据库里基因序列相似度较高的菌株。 (3)数据统计与功能性分析 对筛选出的生物学功能基因进行进一步的统计分析,记录菌株具有抗逆性功能基因片段数量,以识别其生物学功能。本数据集所列出数量表示该菌株所含抗逆性功能基因片段数量为1个,可为抗逆性益生菌筛选提供科学数据支持。

This dataset is primarily applied in the research field of probiotic strain resources. Through whole-genome sequencing and analysis of probiotic strains, a biological function (stress resistance) gene dataset is established. Probiotics carrying stress resistance genes exhibit stronger adaptability to the intestinal environment, with superior tolerance to gastric acid, bile salts and other hostile environments, enabling the strains to more easily colonize the intestinal tract and exert their probiotic effects. In food production, such probiotics can also better adapt to production environments. Establishing the stress resistance-related gene dataset helps improve the efficiency and product quality of dairy production. (1) Genome Sequencing and Data Collection Whole-genome sequencing is performed on selected probiotic strains to obtain comprehensive whole-genome sequence information of the strains. Gene information related to probiotic functions is screened, and corresponding functional gene sequences are retrieved from public databases such as NCBI. These gene sequences are downloaded and integrated to construct a local gene database for subsequent analysis. (2) Gene Sequence Alignment and Candidate Gene Screening Using efficient sequence alignment algorithms, the whole-genome sequences of candidate strains are aligned against the constructed local gene database. During the alignment process, parameters such as similarity thresholds are set to screen out strains with high sequence similarity to the genes in the database across their whole genomes. (3) Data Statistics and Functional Analysis Further statistical analysis is conducted on the screened biological functional genes, with the number of stress resistance-related gene fragments carried by each strain recorded to identify their biological functions. The number listed in this dataset indicates that the strain contains 1 stress resistance-related gene fragment, which can provide scientific data support for the screening of stress-resistant probiotics.
