Proportion of new dwellings on previously-developed land. Previously-developed land, often called brownfield land, is land that was developed but is now vacant or derelict, and land currently in use with known potential for redevelopment. This indicator shows results from the National Land Use Database of Previously-Developed Land (NLUD-PDL).

新建住宅在先前开发土地上的比例。所谓先前开发土地，亦称棕地，系指曾经开发但现处于空置或废弃状态，或目前虽在使用但已知具有再开发潜力的土地。本指标呈现了国家已开发土地土地利用数据库（NLUD-PDL）的相关结果。
