Data for "The experience of mental effort during a continuous performance task"

This study was conducted to understand how the experience of task-elicited and volitionally exerted mental effort during a continuous performance task are associated with person-based (i.e., trait inattention and hyperactivity) and task-based (i.e., manipulations in interstimulus intervals) factors. This study was conducted online by collecting survey responses and behavioural data from undergraduate students at York University. This data includes the predictor variables, moderators, mediators, and outcome variables. This dataset does not include any demographic variables.
