Data for pAo-GEM project

Dataset associated with our manuscript "pAo: a consensus genome-scale metabolic model for Aspergillus oryzae capturing intra-species diversity", currently under review. Most important assets available here are: allModels.zip with SBML-format GEMs for all 187 strains, the pAo-GEM and the template model; pAo_strain-GEMs_all-187.pickle with the medusa-style pickle of the same models; memote_reports.zip with the MEMOTE reports for pAo-GEM, and the 8 strain-GEMs that are studied in more detail in the manuscript.
