Many studies have reported the effects of stocking density on fish growth, physiology, and intestinal tract (Onxayvieng et al., 2021; Karnatak et al., 2021; Lu, Li, He, Tang, & Li, 2022). However, the comprehensive analysis of growth, physiology, intestinal tissue and microflora of Larimichthys crocea under different stocking densities in RAS has not been reported. In view of this, the growth, physiology, intestinal tissue and microflora of RAS cultured L. crocea were compared and analyzed under different stocking densities, the aim is to provide reference for the healthy growth and sustainable development of RAS cultured L. crocea in the future.
