Cd treatment of Brassica napus

Cadmium (Cd) is a serious environmental pollutant that affects plant growth and human health. Rapeseed is an important oil crop, and its growth is threatened by excessive cadmium ions in the soil. The aim of this project is to reveal the molecular mechanism of rapeseed's response to cadmium stress by integrating transcriptome and metabolome analysis.
