Z-series of widefield immunofluorescence images captured using a 100x/1.4NA planapo objective lens on a Deltavision system and deconvolved with a constrained iterative algorithm (Applied Precision). Displayed is the central z-slice. Anaphase localization of CENP-E(green) to spindle midzone during mitosis in INCENP OFF cells expressing TrAP-INCENP WT (red). (DNA) is blue.
