VPRS 5508 Miscellaneous Cause Lists (without Jury)

This series consists of the volumes listing the miscellaneous causes for hearing at sittings of the Supreme Court where the cause was being heard by a judge alone. The list for each sitting is headed by the name of the judge presiding and the date of the sitting. The series provides a summary of each case which was heard by the Court. Details listed are the date and order number of the trial, the names of the plaintiff and defendant or applicant, the number of the action (as allocated by the Court when the case was filed) the attorneys for each of the participants, the day the cause was tried and the verdict. Causes which have an M number are those listed in VPRS 5389 Company and Miscellaneous Register.
