<b>Determining the Selenium Level in Patients with Cancer-Related Fatigue</b>

Our study investigates selenium concentrations in patients with cancer related fatigue and explores the correlation between selenium levels and the intensity of CRF. The outcomes, aligning with the consensus in existing articles, affirm the phenomenon of reduced selenium levels in such patients. Notably, this manuscript extends the scope of inquiry by analyzing the association between the severity of cancer-related fatigue and selenium levels, deducing that diminished selenium concentrations are linked with heightened fatigue symptoms. These insights pave the way for subsequent research, proposing that the administration of selenium supplements to cancer patients may alleviate fatigue symptoms, thereby potentially augmenting their life quality
