Endophytic and Diazotrophic Bacteria Diversity in Pisum sativum Root Nodules Across Southwest China Rocky Desertification Gradients

In this study, high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analysis techniques were used to analyze the community composition and diversity characteristics of endophytic bacteria and endophytic nitrogen-fixing bacteria in nodules of Vicia villosa in different rocky desertification areas (slight rocky desertification Gejiu GJ2, Jianshui JS3, moderate rocky desertification Gejiu GJ7, Kaiyuan KY1) by using 16 S rDNA gene and nif H gene as molecular targets.
