Advances in microsatellite markers for the genetic structure of East African Oreochromis niloticus.

We developed microsatellites resources to study genetic structure patterns of Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). With this we intended to evaluate the effect of anthropogenic actives in this fish genetic diversity.
