Innovative Smart Enterprise Combines the Ideas of Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning in a Novel Way

This study demonstrates how information systems, specifically Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), are implemented in accordance with the Industry 4.0 development proposal. This publication describes the nature and objectives of the Innovative Smart Enterprise (INSENT) project, as well as the Industry 4.0 decisions. The study's conclusions are presented, emphasizing the benefits and uses of IT systems. The initial phase of the INSENT project requires a new strategy for implementing ERP and CRM systems. The basic concepts behind implementing an ERP or CRM system are explained in the next section. The functions of ERP and CRM systems in implementing Industry 4.0 are discussed next. Finally, we describe the steps involved in creating an Industry 4.0-based ERP and CRM system.
