Example dataset of tensor-valued diffusion encoding MRI in the human brain

This dataset contains tensor-valued diffusion encoding MRI data acquired from a healthy 32-year-old male volunteer with no known neurological conditions. The dataset contains raw and preprocessed data. Additionally, structural scans (T1-MPRAGE and T2-FLAIR) acquired during the same scan session are provided. The diffusion-weighted data was acquired using a prototype spin echo sequence (VE11E_FWF_V1.19s_210116; https://github.com/filip-szczepankiewicz/fwf_seq_resources) on a Siemens Magnetom Prisma 3T with a maximum gradient strength of 80 mT/m, maximum slew rate of 200 T/m/s, and a 20-channel head coil at Great Ormond Street Hospital, London, UK. The b-values and diffusion encoding directions are loosely based on the recommendations in https://doi.org/10.1002/hbm.26175.
