台风作为一种极具破坏性的自然灾害,严重威胁着沿海地区的自然环境、社会经济与人类生命安全。有效整合台风灾害信息,为灾害应急管理提供可靠的数据支撑,是当前研究的关键。知识图谱因其强大的知识整合与表达能力,在台风灾害动态监测与管理决策中发挥着重要作用。为此,研究团队基于百度百科、维基百科等网络文本数据,收集了从2006年至2023年登陆中国的超强台风灾害事件数据,构建了一个综合考虑时空特征和灾害影响机制的台风灾害知识图谱数据集。该数据集涵盖2006至2023年间所有超强台风案例,以.xlsx格式存储,分别包含演化过程(evolution-with-cot)和灾情影响(impact-with-cot)两类共160文件,数据量分别为594KB和367KB。
Typhoon, as a highly destructive natural disaster, poses a severe threat to the natural environment, socio-economy, and human life safety in coastal regions. Effectively integrating typhoon disaster information to provide reliable data support for disaster emergency management is a key focus of current research. Knowledge graphs, owing to their powerful capabilities in knowledge integration and expression, play a critical role in dynamic monitoring of typhoon disasters and management decision-making. To this end, the research team collected data on super typhoon disaster events that landed in China from 2006 to 2023 based on web text data such as Baidu Encyclopedia and Wikipedia, and constructed a typhoon disaster knowledge graph dataset that comprehensively considers spatiotemporal characteristics and disaster impact mechanisms. This dataset covers all super typhoon cases from 2006 to 2023, stored in .xlsx format. It includes a total of 160 files divided into two categories: evolution process (evolution-with-cot) and disaster impact (impact-with-cot), with data sizes of 594 KB and 367 KB respectively.
