Dataset: Chemical Reduction Analysis of HCN in the Martian Atmosphere

The zipped file contains all the simulations of the original mechanism for HCN. The simulations consist of the following martian conditions: Ls = 0, 90, 180, 270 Latitude = 85 N/S, 60 N/S, 30 N/S, 0 Altitude = 0 km, 40 km Folders with "pulse" in the title indicate simulations with the lightning flash. Format of folders: .conc - Concentration of species in ppmv .rates - dx/dt of species InitialConditions.csv - initial conditions of species in ppmv Background.csv - Background mixing of speices in ppmv PhotolysisRates.csv - photolysis rates of species (s-1) every 300 seconds Environment.csv - temperature (K) and pressure (Pa) BOXMOX.nml - BOXMOX set up file (see BOXMOX manual) .eqn - list of equations used in that simulation
