Das Ressourcenkonzept in der sozialinterventiven Praxeologie und Systemberatung

Vor dem Hintergrund der aktuellen Entwicklungen in Ressourcentheorie und Ressourcenforschung wird in „interventiver Absicht“ das Konzept einer „ integrativen Ressourcentheorie“ vorgestellt als ein Beitrag zur Praxeologie von Systemberatung, Supervision und Organisationsberatung im Profit- und Nonprofit-Sektor, der ein fundiertes „ Ressourcenassessment“ und theoriegeleitete „Ressourcenberatung“ möglich machen soll. Es wird eine differentielle Sicht von Ressourcenkategorien, -klassen und -valenzen vorgestellt. Ein Prozessmodell des Ressourcengebrauchs: Ressourcenwahrnehmung [perception], -klassifizierung [marking], -bewertung Evaluation], -einschätzung [appraisal], Ressourcenmobilisierung [resourcing] und ihre Nutzung in der Praxis [acting] aufgrund unterschiedlicher Strategien wird entwickelt. Das Instrument der „ Ressourcenkarten“ wird anhand von Minikasuistiken aus der „ integrativen Ressourcenberatung“ illustriert. On the background of actual developments in resource theory and research the concept of „integrative resource theory“ is presented with the „ intervention oriented“ goal to contribute to the praxeology of systems consulting, supervision and organizational development in the profit- and nonprofit-area, and to provide a well-grounded approach to „ resource assessment“ and theory guided „ resource counseling“. A differential view of categories, classes, and valences is offered. A processmodell of resource utilization [perception, marking, valuation, appraisal] of resources, mobilizing of resources [resourcing], and using them in practice [acting] with varying strategies is developed.
