This dataset was generated during the data collection of information regarding the deactivation, scrapping and cancellation of special equipment in Xingtai Economic and Technological Development Zone. It covers information such as the name of the applying unit, equipment name, equipment model, change date, change method and change cause, which is designed to assist regulatory authorities in accurately identifying potential safety hazards including "zombie equipment" and "decommissioned equipment with lingering safety defects".
