This product is an innovative maritime safety management system launched by the Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2021, aiming to address the challenge of collisions between commercial and fishing vessels. By analyzing 950 million sets of trajectory data of commercial and fishing vessels, the system has established 10 maritime zebra crossings at sea, guiding fishing vessels to navigate cautiously in dense navigation convergence zones and reminding commercial vessels to give way, so as to enhance the navigation safety support capability in Wenzhou's waters. The system offers eight major application scenarios, including risk early warning, typhoon prevention and disaster mitigation, emergency intervention, and safety reserve, forming a closed-loop joint control mechanism for fishery safety across municipal, county and township levels. This project has received multiple accolades, and secured the second prize in the 2023 "Maritime Science and Technology Award" selection, becoming an outstanding achievement case in the construction of "Safe Wenzhou".
