Background and objective: The respiratory microflora is different, which related related to many chronic respiratory diseases, but few studies have been conducted on the lung microbiome of lung cancer patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of microflora in bronchoalveolar lavage between patients with small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer.Patients and methods: BALF (Bronchoalveolar lavage) was collected from patients with SCLC (Small cell lung cancer), NSCLC (Non small cell lung cancer) and pneumonia for 16S rRNA sequencing analysis.
