This experiment aimed to study the effects of transforming growth factor-beta and apelin treatment on mouse fibroblasts. We analyzed the profiles of circRNA, miRNA, and mRNA, and constructed a circRNA-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network to identify the pathways enriched in fibrosis-related processes.
